We have an amazing, growing and faithful parish alive with people who are deeply committed to our community. We have illustrated that dedication in many ways through the years, most recently—despite a challenging economy—by generously increasing our weekly sacrificial giving and contributions. Parishioners are seeking God’s guidance, acting on their values and faith, and choosing carefully where to donate their money—and they are choosing to sustain and grow OLG. In addition, we have friends and supporters in the Archdiocese, in West Seattle and beyond who will join this campaign. It will take all of us, together, to succeed in reaching this goal.
We have faith in our parish. We all know the joy that comes with a gift that’s given to serve the greater good. With the generosity of spirit to share God’s blessings in our lives with others, we will build our future.
Because we have been good stewards and managers of our Master Plan project and resources, we have some $300,000+ in cash and outstanding pledges remaining from the 2007 capital campaign to give us an excellent head start on the Building for Our Future: The Next 50 Years Campaign.
